How I manage multiple clients as a busy VA with ease using Dubsado

Becoming a booked out VA was my absolute dream, I spent over 12 months honing my skills and finding my ideal clients. But as soon as I have 2/3 clients the systems I had in place were no longer functioning.

I had a physical folder foe each client and then I was creating forms on Canva and emailing them over. I was also using Dropbox for files which worked ok for a while but I needed more organisation and a more professional vibe!

I came across Dubsado accidently when I was researching CRM platforms for a client and instantly knew this would work for a VA.

I rave about it all the time and it also works for a lot of my clients too, meaning they have fantastic systems in place. It reduces my workload for them and increases productivity which in turn means I can take on more clients!

So where to begin? What I needed as a VA was somewhere to store all my clients information in one place and be able to access everything really quickly.

I can invoice, email, send a contract, add an appointment, keep a list of tasks and add notes for each client! What is even better is there is a fantastic template library of contracts, proposals, waivers and more for you to edit and customise.

All of the forms you create are all handily stored making it super easy to add to your client portal. Oh yes, everyone can have their own client log in and see their own page! This is what cemented Dubsado to me, I can upload contracts, forms and files directly for them to see and sign. We can also see all of our communication at a glance. You can even send questionnaires or ask them to upload files, documents and photos.

There is so much more it has to offer too depending on what tier you go for, including workflows which is super handy to have!

As a virtual assistant I have found this super easy to use compared to similar software such as Trello.
